PART- 1

Introduction

NHS FPX 6004 Assessment 4: I will use evidence-based tactics to interact with my chosen team during the training session, and they will resemble the characteristics of Iowa’s Model for Evidence-Based Practice to Promote Quality Care. In an effort to improve patient outcomes, this approach offers direction to healthcare professionals on how to evaluate research findings and apply them to clinical practice. The Three I’s: Identifying, Implementing, and Integration will be the name of my model. Each of the three phases, which are organized into phases, will correspond with the Mercy Medical Center’s revitalized hospital culture and mission, which I supported in my recommendations for Assessment 2.

One of my evidence-based strategies will be to identify the methods used to encourage patient and community participation. Identify and separate the characteristics that also led to the irregular patient contribution on the diabetes dashboard. Brown (2019) suggests that a thorough investigation be carried out to determine the shortcomings of the prior policy in question before launching any alternative plans or policies. Start by enquiring of former members. Don’t undermine their efforts; instead, find out what obstacles they faced and what they would like to see changed and implemented in the new police.

The Implementation stage will be represented by stage two of my evidence-based approach. Teamwork will be prioritized throughout this phase while actions are taken to adjust the specifics of the policy. According to Brown (2019), a team’s attention to detail is necessary for the successful implementation of evidence-based initiatives. When plans are put into action, make sure there are backup plans that can accommodate latitudes in case adjustments are required.

Small problems are frequently disregarded, and if they are not resolved, they can grow into significant imbalances and create roadblocks that could make a policy less successful. Lastly, the Integration stage will be the third and final element in my evidence-based approach. Research has indicated that establishing goals with reachable targets encourages group members to work more productively and hard (Allen et al., 2020). Each member will receive tasks that are specifically designed for them, with instructions that showcase their unique strengths.

Brief of Strategie

I will suggest building relationships of trust, communication, courteous criticism, and honesty among group members to guarantee (NHS FPX 6004 Assessment 4) buy-in, support, and readiness. Organizations need to implement an evidence-based methodology that best fits each member of the group’s creative point of view. After this is accomplished, individuals will concentrate on the current tasks in an effort to successfully align with the organization’s goals (Sas et al., 2021). In order to maintain consistency throughout the entire process, I decided to test my idea with this particular group. I recruited an executive board member to help since their involvement will reaffirm to the hospital’s staff that all echelons of leadership are totally committed to this endeavor.

In order to prepare, navigate the organization, and make sure the policy complies with local, state, and federal regulatory agency requirements, the hospital’s public health nurses and public relations director will be essential (Evans, 2020). Involving local leaders in this endeavor is essential. A deeper comprehension of the requirements of the community can be obtained from leaders. Above all, the community leadership association demonstrates to residents and visiting patients that this updated policy is intended to promote community well-being and health.
